Explore everything you need to make your own vanilla extract and vanilla paste at home, from whole vanilla splits and beans to alcohol, xanthan gum, and complete DIY kits. Handmade vanilla paste and extract are easy, affordable, and far more flavorful than anything you'll find pre-made on a store shelf.

Vanilla extract is simple to start: cut your vanilla splits, cover them with alcohol, and let them develop over several weeks for rich, homemade flavor. If you're short on time, vanilla paste is a great alternative — combining vanilla splits, alcohol, and xanthan gum into a flavorful, ready-to-use paste that replaces extract one to one. Both make thoughtful, handcrafted gifts for the holidays or any special occasion.

Whether you're starting from scratch or picking up a complete kit, Gneiss Spice vanilla supplies make it easy to create something homemade and truly memorable.
