Refunds & Exchanges:
Please contact us with any issues regarding your product. We want you to be overly-satisfied with the quality, convenience and design of your new spice rack! We pride ourselves on offering great service (just take a look at our reviews). Please contact customer service at email@example.com to start a return.
Standard ground delivery takes 3-8 days; express delivery will be 2-3 days. Spice refills and filled jars are packed to order, so expect 2-5 days handling time. Need something by a specific date? Let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Yes! We ship internationally! Yes! It's expensive. Please put the items in your cart for an accurate quote for different international services and speeds. All shipping rates are discounted 20% to help with the high fees.
We ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid). If your country collects duties & taxes, you will be responsible to pay duties upon receipt of your package. Some countries collect duties on shipping fees, too (UK).
As an international customer, you are exempt from paying US sales tax.
If you refuse the package, you will be given a refund minus the shipping costs to return the package.
If your package has been "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will start an investigation and if the package cannot be found we will ship a replacement. If you request a refund instead of a replacement, you will need to wait for the insurance claim to be processed.
