Black sesame seeds, one of the world’s oldest condiments, have a bolder, more intense flavor compared to their tan counterparts, with less oil content. They’re perfect for adding depth to savory dishes, sushi, stir-fries, and even desserts. For an even nuttier taste, dry roast them just before use.
Please note: Current batch of black sesame has a few tan seeds mixed in.
