Dried lemongrass brings essential Thai flavors to broths and curries.

Dried lemongrass is a wonderful substitute for fresh lemongrass when you can’t find it! It’s fantastic for adding those delightful citrusy notes to soups, curries, and stews. To really bring out its flavor, just soak it in warm water before using it, or simply toss it into simmering liquids to create authentic Thai dishes. Remember, one teaspoon of dried lemongrass is about the same as one fresh stalk.
