Our Burger Blend is specially crafted to keep your beef or turkey burgers tender and juicy by being salt-free. Adding salt draws out moisture and makes the meat springy, but with our blend, you just need to salt the outside right before cooking. This versatile blend is also a secret ingredient for boosting the flavor of homemade mac-n-cheese!

Details: Certified organic. Hand-blended in house. 

Ingredients: Smoked paprika, garlic, onion, black pepper, mustard, cayenne.
