Essential Ingredients:
  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter

  • a couple tsp seasonings of choice (for this recipe we used nori flakes and shichimi togarashi)
  • heavy pinch of salt


Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 250-degrees.
  2. Combine oil and sweetener in small bowl and stir vigorously to combine. 
  3. Add seasonings of choice and additional salt if needed. Stir again.
  4. Pour over popcorn and mix with a spatula until all the popcorn is coated. 
  5. Spread on baking tray and bake at 250-degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Popcorn coating will turn crunchy once cool. Store in an airtight container for a couple weeks, if it lasts that long.

10 Fantastic Flavor Variations for Baked Popcorn

  1. Umami Popcorn: Shichimi togarashi and seaweed sprinkle, splash of sesame oil, and soy sauce.
