Directions:

- Add seasonings of choice and additional salt if needed. Stir again.
- Pour over popcorn and mix with a spatula until all the popcorn is coated.
- Spread on baking tray and bake at 250-degrees for 25 minutes.
- Popcorn coating will turn crunchy once cool. Store in an airtight container for a couple weeks, if it lasts that long.
