Each plate is naturally rusted in the Maine outdoors, then sanded and sealed by hand to a polished finish. One of a kind product! The current batch of 12x15 plates turned out darker, with a more industrial look.

These are perfect

I love these wall plates so, so much. Truth be told, I was originally intending on putting my Gneiss Spice jars on my refrigerator. But as it turns out, I moved into a place that doesn't have a magnetic fridge door. What in the world?! But I'm not mad about it, because it meant I needed to pivot and get these wall plates and I'm so glad I did. The rusted finish is gorgeous and lends visual interest, they're sealed nicely, and confining the spices to the space of the plate makes sure they stay nice and neat. I got the 12x15 size and it perfectly fits 12 large jars and 24 small, if you're looking to do a mix. I actually just purchased my second one because I have a really large spice collection. Not only is my spice collection now a gorgeous piece of art on my wall, my partner can attest that I am no longer getting angry while cooking as I frustratedly look for spices. This has made it so easy! Highly recommend.
