Awesome for Pulled Pork

I love to use this in my crock pot pulled pork. It’s my ‘secret sauce’. I take the slab of pork, rub the Smoke & Fire liberally all over it. Add in a clove or six of crushed garlic, chopped onion and a couple cans of Dr. Peppe. It cooks down all day. Then I take my claws and put the mess in a baking dish, mix in whatever BBQ sauce is on hand, and let it bake a little to dry out (the soda makes it soupy and tender if you don’t) to make crispy tidbits on top. Mmmm so good with Gneiss Smoke & Fire baked into it!
