Nutty, slightly sweet fenugreek seeds—perfect for toasting and steeping.
Whole fenugreek seeds offer a nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness, often used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. Toast the seeds to unlock their full aroma, or steep them for a tea that’s traditionally used to support milk production in lactating women. Fenugreek also pairs well with cumin, mustard seeds, and coriander in spice blends or curries.
