Velvet Salt is a stone-ground version of Sel Gris, with a fine, flour-like texture that's perfect for coating nuts, chips, and popcorn. Its ultra-fine grains dissolve quickly, making it ideal for soups, sauces, and smooth seasoning in any dish.
