This shawarma rub combines the warmth of turmeric, cumin, and coriander with the aromatic kick of cardamom, allspice, and roasted garlic. Perfect for seasoning chicken, lamb, or beef before grilling or roasting to create the rich, bold flavors of traditional Middle Eastern shawarma.
