Our favorite smoked salt, Salish, is crafted using the traditional cold-smoking method of the coastal indigenous people of the Pacific Northwest. This deeply smoky sea salt is especially delicious on salmon, but it’s versatile enough to enhance any dish. We love it so much, it’s a staple on our dining table!
