Unlike plastic (which lasts forever), you may need to replace your steel magnet covers after a few years of use. If you if you are having corrosion issues due to humidity, purchase the stainless covers and make sure to keep your jars away from steam when cooking. If you are storing salt-heavy seasoning blends in the jars, you may need to upgrade to a Black Matte magnet cover, which offers an extra barrier of corrosion resistance. 

This listing is for one magnet cover, only, and does not include magnets—you will need to transfer the magnets from your current covers into the new ones. Purchase here if you need magnet covers with magnets.
