This set includes three USA salts:
- Salish Smoked – Pacific sea salt slow-smoked over alderwood for an authentic smoky flavor. Traditionally used in the Pacific Northwest for meats like salmon, it adds a clean, natural smoke taste to any dish.
- Alaea Hawaiian – The traditional Hawaiian table salt, enriched with Hawaiian red clay for a boost of iron oxide. It’s perfect for roasting, grilling, and authentic Hawaiian dishes like Kalua Pig and poke.
- Maine Sea Salt – Hand-harvested and sun-dried, this mineral-rich salt from Maine brings a touch of the coast to your kitchen. Its natural moisture content adds an earthy depth, perfect for all-purpose seasoning.
Choose between small or large jars:
- Durable glass jars are reusable and eco-friendly.
- Airtight silver lids, hand-stamped with spice names, will preserve freshness.
- Strong, food-safe magnetic components prevent jars from sliding and keep spices safe.
- Small Jars: 1.75” wide by 2” tall; holds a scant 1/4 cup.
- Large Jars: 2.5” x 2.5”; holds a heaping 1/2 cup.
