This set includes a trio of salts, each smoked over different woods for distinct smoky profiles. From the bold hickory to the sweet applewood and the delicate oak, these salts are perfect for finishing or seasoning dishes with an unforgettable depth of flavor.
This set includes three smoky salts:
- Hickory Salt – Fine-grain sea salt smoked with hickory wood for a strong, clean flavor. Perfect for meats, grilling, or any dish that needs a bolder smoked flavor—ideal for salmon and other hearty proteins.
- Applewood Salt – Flaky sea salt smoked over aged applewood for a subtly sweet, fruity flavor. Mild enough for white fish, shellfish, and poultry, while adding depth to pork, sausage, and bacon.
- Oak Salt – The mildest of our smoked salts, featuring large, crunchy pyramid crystals smoked over English oak. Best as a finishing salt to preserve its soft texture and delicate flavor.
Choose between small or large jars:
- Durable glass jars are reusable and eco-friendly.
- Airtight silver lids, hand-stamped with spice names, will preserve freshness.
- Strong, food-safe magnetic components prevent jars from sliding and keep spices safe.
- Small Jars: 1.75” wide by 2” tall; holds a scant 1/4 cup.
- Large Jars: 2.5” x 2.5”; holds a heaping 1/2 cup.
