Sumac adds a bright, lemony zing to any dish. Mix with salt, pepper, and chili flakes for an easy DIY rub, or sprinkle over roasted vegetables, grilled meats, and salads for a punch of vibrant flavor. 

Please note: If using your own jar, sumac may interact with any metal containers or lids. For this reasons use a different style magnetic cover inside the lid to prevent corrosion.
