Garam Masala, a traditional spice blend from Northern India, brings a warm, fragrant flavor to your dishes. Ideal for mixing with butter or oil as a rub before pan-frying or grilling, it adds depth and richness to meats and vegetables alike. Pair well with lentils to make vegetarian dal. It's spicy, but not hot.
