This hand-blended mix combines antioxidant-rich turmeric with black pepper to activate its powerful compounds. Simply simmer with milk of your choice for a comforting, health-boosting drink. Add honey or a shot of espresso for a "dirty golden milk."
Gold Milk Directions: Bring 1 cup milk (dairy, oat, almond) to a gentle simmer and add 1 tsp spice. Barely simmer for 10 minutes. Strain if desired—we don't. Add your choice of sweetener. Our favorites is honey. Add a shot of espresso for a "dirty" golden milk.
