Grains of Paradise, also known as Guinea Grains (Aframomum melegueta) has a similar heat as peppercorns, but is easier on your digestive system. Notes of floral and citrus make this a fun pairing for cinnamon and cardamom. Add the world's best grinder here, and always have fresh spices!
