Gift pack of three naturally smoked salts in magnetic jars. This set includes:

  • HICKORY All natural sea salt smoked with hickory. Fine grain texture. This wood has a strong, clean flavor that complements meat or any dish that needs a bolder smoked flavor. This is our first choice for grilling or salmon!
  • APPLE A flaky sea salt that utilizes sweet applewood to fuel the fires that flavor this naturally smoked sea salt. Aged applewood is one of the most popular of the fruit woods used in smoking, and creates a delicious, savory flavor. It has a subtle fruit wood flavor that is mild enough to use with white fish, shellfish, and poultry. Pork, sausage, ham, and bacon are also delicious when cooked or cured with this smoked salt.
  • CHARDONNAY OAK Fleur de Sel is smoked with Chardonnay oak chips from seasoned French oak wine barrels, which have been used in the aging of fine wines. It is cold smoked to preserve the mineral content and natural flavor of the salt. The moist Fleur de Sel crystals readily absorb the natural flavors of oak and chardonnay. This mellow salt is great with everything, especially salads and eggs. 

Magnetic jars will stick to your fridge. Lids form an airtight lock, keeping spices fresh. Small jars measure 1.75” wide by 2” tall and hold a volume of ~1/4 cup.
