Golden milk, also known as turmeric tea, has been used for centuries to promote good health. Turmeric is high in antioxidants, and black pepper is needed to activate the compounds.
Gold Milk Directions: Bring 1 cup milk (dairy, oat or almond) to a gentle simmer and add 1 tsp spice. Barely simmer for 10 minutes. Stain if desired (we don't). Add choice of sweetener (we like honey) or a shot of espresso for a "dirty golden milk."
Details: Certified organic. Hand-blended in house.
