Chai Masala in whole spice variety. You can grind this blend to order for homemade chai. Or, use the whole spices to make a cafe-quality Chai tea concentrate! This blend includes chicory and carob to make it a naturally caffeine-free treat!
Chai Spiced Tea Directions: Using a loose leaf strainer, place 1 tsp black tea and 2 tsp chai spice in your favorite mug. Pour hot water and steep 3-5 minutes until desired strength.
Concentrate Directions: Simmer 2-3 Tablespoons spice with 3 cups water for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Add sweetener while warm and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use 2 parts milk to 1 part concentrate to make hot or iced chai. Note: This concentrate does not include black tea. Add black tea in the last 5 minutes if desired.
