Alaea Salt, also known as Hawaii Salt, is sea salt mixed with purified volcanic clay from Kauai, which gives it its reddish brown color. Its earthy taste pairs well with all sorts of dishes from vegetables to seafood. Iron-rich! This salt is extra coarse, to be used in your salt mill. We offer this in fine texture, too.
